eBay can be a great place to purchase Paper Money of all kinds.. You just need to be very careful as always. Watch out for fakes, copies, facsimiles, fake errors, etc.. posted as genuine. I nearly make all my currency purchases on eBay. And just for your peace of mind counterfeit paper money is much less common that fake coins. For the most part I'd say any general search of any type of paper money will generally lead you to almost all of the listings being genuine. If you have any doubts about a listing or want to report a seller(s) who try to pass off fakes as genuine report them here, and open a thread on the topic..
Have fun! and as always HAPPY COLLECTING!

It's true, eBay is a good place to buy currency -- But be careful and check out the sellers CAREULLY. Check their Feedback ratings. And remember when bidding: don't get caught up in "auction fever" and outbid your budget. Set a maximum you're willing to pay, including shipping, and don't exceed it. I've "lost" many auctions because I would not exceed a self-imposed limit (I am a cheapskate)LOL

Good advice tech, I admit I have given in to the "fever" and bid higher to win in spite of not letting anyone else win. Not a good thing lol
